With sadness, I am selling my original home. Bill & I purchased it for its location to the Best Schools, Carmel Creek Park, Shopping & 3 miles to Beaches. I stepped into the foyer & I knew this was home. With the southern exposure, the picture windows had constant light bouncing off the white walls. The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances & Family room with fireplace allowed for large family gatherings. Did I mention that there is oak hardwood flooring covering the First floor & plantation shutters throughout? The 4 bedrooms & office provided a private sanctuary. I will miss this home but grateful for the many memories especially the sleepovers in the TreeHouse, Traeger BBQs & cul de sac block parties. Its time to say Goodbye & begin a new chapter.
