The cabinets have soft close doors and drawers and stylish knobs and pulls. The granite counter tops throughout are a soft warm color/pattern called Typhoon Bordeaux from Brazil and they compliment the rich cognac hue of the cabinets and the travertine look porcelain flooring with matte finish in the kitchen and bathroom. The efficient galley style kitchen opens to the living room via a pass through at bar height. There is an under counter upgraded double bowl 16 gauge sink with racks and a Hansgrohe pull down faucet with single on/off lever. The Frigidaire stainless steel appliances include a self cleaning electric range which has a smooth, easy-to-clean ceramic glass cooking surface. Above the range is a 1.7 cubic foot built in microwave with exhaust fan vented to the outside, dishwasher next to sink and a large 36" refrigerator with in-door ice maker and is counter edge depth for easy access. There is a convenient small pantry next to the refrigerator and a much bigger pantry with roll-out shelves next to the stove and a pull-out spice rack on the other lower side of the range. There are more drawers and cabinets below the pass through area and next to the dishwasher are more cabinets some with pull out shelves. On the refrigerator lower side of the sink is a pull-out for two trash baskets. Several of the upper cabinets on the sink wall have glass fronts with cross hatching as a decorative touch Off of the living room is an alcove area with built in desk, cabinets and light above. The large door/window from the living room to the balcony seems to make the outdoor garden greenery part of the living area and is framed in multi-hued earth tones porcelain wall board. All of the exterior doors and windows are in a beige toned maintenance free vinyl that will not pit or discolor from the healthy salt air from the nearby ocean. The huge balcony is approximately 17 ft x 4.5 ft and the deck was resealed. (Non charcoal barbecues are permitted on the balcony.) Off of the bedroom is a large walk in closet with extensive built in shelves and drawers. The ceiling fan in the bedroom has a light and a remote for ease of use. The spalike bath has built in vanity, Toto toilet, rain shower head, built in heater w/ auto off timer.The tub/shower walls are covered to the ceiling in the same travertine look porcelain tile as the floor but with a polished finish for easy cleaning and a decorative basket weave accent. A curved double shower rod with curtain and liner completes the luxurious bath.
