To our knowledge this unit does not have a construction permit for the residential conversion and includes a window for cross ventilation. This unit has been rented for several years. In documents for this listing there is a City of San Diego Bulletin 242 that contains information about permitting Unpermitted Accessory Dwelling Units that may be of assistance with this matter The owner had a true interest and dedication to using Solar power. Over time he had installed a 5 panel Solar System with battery backup stored in the garage of Unit 1. The seller does not have any detailed information about the Solar system except it services all units and no financial obligations. The configuration of the project is two levels with direct access at the front of each unit.
